Jesus is the stone the builders rejected. He is infinitely more precious than anything our minds can comprehend, and yet so many treat Him with disdain and contempt, rejecting His love and grace. Sadly many Christians fail to grasp the tremendous privilege they have in coming to Jesus, their living cornerstone. The great King of the universe invites us to sit at His feet and love on Him, learn from Him, and fellowship with Him. Spend some unhurried time with Him today, thanking Him and praising Him for His goodness and grace. Thanksgiving is always a spiritual sacrifice acceptable to God. Read the book of 1 Peter (five short chapters). Ask the Lord to enlighten you as you read His word and do what it says.
